Who I Am
I’m not good at talking about myself. After all, I get paid to talk about other people for a living. So let’s make a long story short: As cliche as it is to say, I grew up wanting to tell stories and now I am. I’m still early in my journey, but I still believe, despite the heightened challenges journalism faces every day, that I made the right choice.
What I Love
I love the rush of breaking news. I love telling the big story. Whether I’m behind the desk or in the field, I aim to give our audience clear, concise information both on-air and online. For me, reporting and anchoring isn’t just about rehashing the facts. It’s about synthesizing them into a complete, easy-to-understand story.
What I Believe In
Doing things the right way. Doing right by my viewers, readers, sources and community. Telling stories that matter. Having fun with what I do.
